What we collect
When you fill in our request form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and the service plan you choose. We use this only to arrange your pool inspection and service, and to follow up about your request.
Advertising measurement
We use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) on this website to measure how our Facebook and Instagram ads perform — for example, whether someone who saw our ad visited the site. The pixel records page visits and may use cookies. It is disabled for visitors in regions that require prior consent for advertising cookies (including the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland). You can opt out of Meta's ad personalisation at any time in your Facebook ad preferences.
Booking
Appointments are booked through our scheduling provider, GoHighLevel. The details you enter there are used to confirm and manage your appointment.
What we don't do
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone outside Blue Kiwi Pools except the service providers named above, who help us run this site and our appointments.
